Tips For Playing
Death Knights
By Victor Edson
The Death Knight class was designed to be a heroic class. When
they first came out everyone played them, and they were a lot of fun. They were definitely heroic, able
to take on many mobs at once, and easily dominate all other classes in
pvp.
Like all over powered classes, Blizzard decided to stop the crying
from everyone and nerf them. Now they aren't quite as overpowered as they used to be. But if you know how
to play the class they are still a class that is capable of doing large amounts of dps in pve or pvp
settings. You can even tank with your Death Knight if you have some skills! I've tanked with druids,
palladins, warriors, and death knights. Of all of the classes the death knight is the most difficult,
because of a lack of tanking skills.
Don't let that hold you back from tanking with your Death Knight. If you like to tank, you'll enjoy holding
aggro with high dps, diseases and aoe moves. Frost, Blood, and Unholy all have great tanking specs. Your gear
on the other hand must be defense capped for heroics. If leveling, always equip tanking gear over dps gear if
you're tanking for a group.
